Cancellation Policy


This Cancellation Policy describes how the cancellation process works when you make a purchase from (the “Site”).


When you make a purchase from, we make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. As such, cancellation is not always possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Contact information is below.

If we are unable to cancel/refund an order immediately due to it already being dispatched, you are able to return the item within 14 days for a refund. Please see the Returns Policy, available on our website, for further information.

Returns are at the buyer’s cost. JDM Addict does not provide free returns and as such, we are not responsible for any cost incurred, or loss or damage incurred as a result of carriage by a third party. If we do not receive the item back, we will not refund your purchase.
