The SMART ADAPTER W is a Bluetooth device that plugs into your vehicle’s OBD port so that it can transmit the vehicle data to the Defi Meter C app on your iOS or Android device. Far cheaper, easier and way less destructive than installing physical gauges in your car. For a cleaner look, the 12v/cigarette lighter plug can be removed and hardwired to a switchable live.
You can also link to the ADVANCE SYSTEM then your iOS/Android device can display vehicle information from optional Defi sensors (Defi sensor sets sold separately).

The screen is fully customisable (to the point where you can edit the background image if you wish), you can change what data is displayed in what area, colour schemes to match your cars gauges or original Defi colours.
This item is out of production and fully out of stock in Japan, it’s also cheaper new from us than when they come up used in Japan! Limited stock, won’t be restocked as now unavailable worldwide.
Some displayable parameters may require external sensors. We see no reason this shouldn’t work on all OBD2/CANBUS equipped vehicles but the manufacturer recommends it only for use with JDM makes.

Each package dispatched contains your carefully packaged product, a JDM Addict business card for easy after-sales communication if required and an information leaflet. For used items, notable defects are listed in the item description, very minor wear and tear as expected with used items may not be noted so it is up to the buyer to carefully study the pictures provided.
Shipping information
All items are carefully packed and properly protected for shipment. Insurance is included in the shipping cost when appropriate. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving a cleared payment, if ordered by 2 pm we usually ship the same day. Items are dispatched from the UK unless otherwise stated. Worldwide postage is no issue! If your country isn’t listed or the automatically calculated price seems high, please contact us. If purchasing from outside the UK, your delivery may be subject to local taxes or fees which are your responsibility.

Returns and claims information
We accept returns within the stated returns period (typically 30 days). You are covered by standard distance selling regulations. Return costs are your responsibility in some situations, please only purchase if that is understood. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately.
